    Role and Responsibilities

    ·       Interact and interface with clients via phone, email and live chat

    ·       Handle day to day client issues, provide resolutions, and properly escalate as necessary

    ·       Analysis of complex issues, trading issues to provide detailed problem descriptions for coordinating with development.

    ·       Focus on improving client satisfaction

    ·       Work with management to adhere to or improve support processes

    ·       Provide additional, valued added services to our client

    ·       Work with various team members to resolve the issue reported

    ·       Be able to cover night shifts and early morning shift

  • Required Experience:

    Work Experience Required

    ·       2-5 years’ experience within the Forex market or relevant industry
    ·       Proven client Service experience
    ·       Previous employment in the Forex Trading industry is strongly preferred
    ·       Knowledge of the MetaTrader4 Platform
    ·       Previous experience working in a large team and on your own


    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    ·       Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English is required   

    ·       Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or any subject is preferred

    ·       Strong interpersonal skills especially working with clients via phone and email

    ·       Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills

    ·       Strong numerical logic skills

    ·       Strong Microsoft Office suite skills (Excel and Word)

    ·       Positive attitude and high performer

    ·       Ability to learn and use business software’s quickly

    ·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous change in deadlines and priorities

    ·       Ability to work flexible working hours



    Experience gained

    ·       Experience in one of the largest Money Market industries in the world

    ·       Relationship building with our department heads, on both domestic & global levels

    ·       Experience in international & executive professional correspondence

    ·       Manage time constraints

    ·       Strengthen communication skills in a professional setting
