    JOB PURPOSE

     

    To manage the marketing, PR department and develop innovative strategies that respond to the company's business needs. Act as digital champion for the company for marketing.


    ‚Äč

    Strategic areas:

     

    1.    Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategy that responds to the institution’s business needs and objectives.

     

    2.    Drive all marketing and promotional campaigns to effectively acquire and retain customers, from strategy and planning to implementation; including but not limited to content development, promotional execution, email marketing, social and digital marketing while managing timelines, deliverables and cost.

    3.    Develop and implement marketing department policies, procedures, and manual.

     

    4.    Set yearly marketing budgets, events and editorial calendars and business aligned KPIs.

     

    5.    Contribute to increasing client retention rates and maintaining high portfolio quality based on the institution’s strategic projections.

     

    6.     Define, pursue, and manage strategic partnerships that serves the growth of the institution.

     

    7.    Implementing Digital Marketing strategy in collaboration with HQ project teams.

     

    8.    Keep updated the competitors sheet containing key information around their products and including their digital presence and direction - Research market trends and competitors to better understand the situation of the market/ sector.

     

    9.    Oversee the creation of all marketing content. Branding:

     

    10. Create and implement campaigns that help in enhancing brand image and values, promote brand awareness.

     

    11.  Ensuring proper branding implementation of all communication material, internally and externally

     

    12. Designing the look and feel of all customers’ touch points (branches, P.O.S, Website, landing pages, social media pages, apps etc)

     

    Digital/Social Media marketing:

     

    13. Create engaging experience for customers on the web site and all social media platforms for the company.

     

    14. Maintaining of all digital/social media platform’s at all times.

     

    15. Be an active participant in group based digital marketing team and lead the execution of digital marketing in Jordan


    16. Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns using CRM tools like Sales Force.

     

    17. Enhancing digital/social following, engagement and acquisition using SEO, google ad words, and data analytics.

     

    18. Analysing social media platforms trends and track the KPIs performance against targets.

     

    19. Lead implementation of right tools for digital marketing enabling the company to achieve business goals.

     

    20. Actively look for earned media opportunities and organic product promotion in the digital social space

     

    Partnerships:

     

    21. Take active role in assisting management for carving out new partnerships leading to new ways to acquire clients.

     

    22. Do desk research about potential partnerships, find contacts and help management with product design and pitch documents

     

    23. Actively participate in meetings and help the company develop partnership blue-print in collaboration with the company-Lab where necessary

     

    24. Oversee the creation of all marketing and communication collateral and communicate brand guidelines as and when required.

     

    Management & Leadership:

     

    25. Managing and mentoring the marketing & PR team, providing daily support and guidance.

     

    26. Developing training material and conducting trainings to the teams on marketing, PR and customer service.

     

    27. Coaching team members on career path and efficiency and productivity skills.

     

    28. Regularly create KPI related reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional) present it to the senior management.

    Academic Qualifications

     

    Bachelor’s degrees in marketing or financial and administrative sciences, and work experience of no less than five years.

     

    Experience in marketing, digital marketing and digital trends Excellent level in Arabic and English

     

    Honesty, integrity, and with a good reputation

     

    Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and Premier
