    Job Scope:

    Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Administrative assistants are responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.

    Main Responsibilities:

    · Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required

    · Dealing with email enquiries

    · Taking minutes

    · Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities

    · General office management such as ordering stationary

    · Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers

    · Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management


    Qualifications & Skills:

    ·         Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

    ·         Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.

    ·         Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    ·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    ·         Strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Required Experience:


    ·         Proven admin or assistant experience.

    ·         Fluency in English and Arabic.


    ·         Proficiency in MS Office package.
