Job Scope:
The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. The PA will act as the first point of contact for the employer as necessary.
Main Responsibilities:
· Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
· Dealing with email enquiries
· Taking minutes
· Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
· General office management such as ordering stationary
· Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
· Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management
