    The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will oversees the company's promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.


    ·       Evaluating and developing the marketing strategy and marketing plan for company brands.

    ·       Establish key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to transform results into actionable initiatives for marketing team.

    ·       Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures and return on investment for marketing campaigns.

    ·       Lead the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives.

    ·       Lead the new product development process.

    ·       Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions

    ·       Develop product branding plans in accordance with company strategic direction and market positioning.

    ·       Establish and grow a target market share for the company brands.

    ·       Conduct customer, brand and product research initiatives.

    ·       Lead the process of developing innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events.

    ·       Negotiate with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts and agreements.

    ·       Work with the Commercial team for brand initiatives

    ·       Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management

    ·       Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including KPIs tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations.

  • Required Experience:

      Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or any related field

    ·       Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns

    ·       More than 12 years of relevant experience

    ·       FMCG Experience

    ·       Excellent leadership and communication skills


    ·       Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
